95 % happy with the job as a whole. Installers did great, cleanup was great. Small issue with fascia boards and edges on the gutters which are being address currently. Company did a good job following up to make sure I was happy.
Very good experience! The workers were so diligent. The installers were very friendly! Everything was cleaned up to our standards.
We replaced existing vinyl siding due to poor overall installation, as well as wear and tear. The installation of the new siding appears to be of much higher quality. The installers did a very thorough job, taking the time to answer my questions and often going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. The crew that did the install was very professional and were willing to do about anything I had requested. Cleanup was good, everything seems well picked up.
Everyone that we dealt with from the office personnel to the installers were cheerful & helpful. They did a lot of extra repairs under the window before proceeding to the install. They were quick to accommodate our requests for extra help such as adding the flashing to allow us to be ready to add a deck on the front and side, as well as designing a box to cover our whole house fan on the outside that would match the siding and look nice. Continental Siding did an excellent job installing our windows. No mess involved, the crew worked incredibly fast. Very pleased with the work done, I can't say enough.
The project manager kept us informed for every step of the project. We are very pleased with the work - it was done professionally, and to all of our standards. The workers were polite and cleaned up the work site after they were through. One thing I wanted to mention was that a member of the family when they left that morning, dropped a $10 bill on the ground.
