I had three installers come out this week to replace a patio door. The installers were intelligent, professional and kind. They were not only courteous to me, but also to each other. The Clemens team were great to work with from the begging to the end of the project! They went above and beyond in their services.
The installers checked to make sure that everything was included in their work order. They were courteous and friendly and completed the job quickly.
The workers dealt with extreme heat and still stayed on schedule, completing the mansard roof and gutters on time. What few problems that occurred were dealt with promptly and professionally. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Clemens for large-scale roofing projects.
The overall experience was excellent, The installers, Austin and Kelton were friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the installation process. They removed all debris when the job was done and walked me around and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions and what to do in the future if I experience any trouble. The installers were great.
Clemens did a Soffit and Fascia repair and install on our whole front porch and our back overhang. They did a great job. Starting from the initial estimate to the work completed to the follow-up, Clemens was very helpful and professional. The workers that did the project did good work and excellent clean up after the work was completed.
