After receiving multiple phone calls from Centurion wanting to come give a free quote, I spoke to the *** and asked if they only sell the whole installation, or if they will sell me just the windows and I can install them my self. The *** explicitly told me that I would not be eligible for their warrantee, but they could certainly build and sell me just the windows without install. Don't call for a estimate. They refused to give me a estimate because I mentioned that I had a significant other. I explained and talked with a manager that refused to give me a estimate. I explained that I was the sole owner, paid off my house and all the bills were in my name. They said because I mentioned I had a significant other he had to be there for the estimate DESCRIMINATION, WHY? I AM THE HOME OWNER!

Centurion Exteriors installed a roof on my home and garage in October 2023. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that many parts of my roof were not nailed down. Shingles were overlapped incorrectly and the shingles are buckling, ice guard was not installed on the front of my home and my attic vents were not attached to the new roof vents installed. Workers came to house drunk and hung over one states he was late due to a dui. They put windows in wrong caused thousands of dollars in damage then are refusing to cover my contractors cost cause their insurance depreciated the value of my home and refuse to pay replacement cost now I have to hire a lawyer to try and recover the loss

We have turned the matter over to the insurance company and after the adjustor came out, he determined the damage was for much less than your requested amount and that there were other preexisting conditions that caused most of the damage. We are here to assist and work with you through this matter, but our hands are tied until the insurance company has evidence otherwise.
The job was done in one day! Cleanup and all! The roof looks fantastic! They found extra layers of roof on some sections! They charged us $2000.00 more than the agreed upon price. We were promised no "ghost" fees. This was a very important selling point for my husband and I!!! Our salesman ********************* was very polite and friendly! **** is still trying to help! **** didn't see extra layers nor did the pre job inspector nor my husband or myself! Very disappointed $2000.00 is a great deal of money for us!!

We do our best to make sure no extra fees will be added at the time of the installation of a roof. Unfortunately, after starting to tear off your roof for replacement. We found 5 layers of shingles that were hidden behind the facia board. We apologize for this inconvenience as this type of situation does not happen very often.
ZERO STARS. I called for a quote for a new roof. The company would not schedule the quote without my husband being present at the appointment. My husband does not own this property, nor does he manage it. 3 reps at this company said it is their policy to have all decision makers present at the quote. They would not accept that as a woman, I am the decision maker. The rep hung up on me when I explained that I am the decision maker and only I would be present at the quote. I sustained roof damage from the derecho that hit ************** on 6-13-22. ****** was sent out to patch the hole, but I'm having issues with them actually repairing my roof which is not even a year old. I have called twice and told someone would get back with me. To my knowledge they still have not sent a quote to my insurance company. I feel like I'm getting the run-around. If they are busy due to storm damage then please communicate that to me; don't give me the false sense that my repair will happen quickly.
