I had a great experience with Brax. Chris was prompt to fix an appointment to assess the problem. He provided me with a detailed estimate with pictures. The price was reasonable. excellent project managment... quick reply... good work... ONLY one constructive comment, though the upper management was excellent in explaining the reasons... the time frame was not too accurate.. I recommend give the customer longer estimated time rather than shorter.... always expect delays... THANK you all for an excellent overall job.

Responded to my request for help quickly, inspected the roof within a day and gave me a clear assessment of the problem with estimated cost. Fixed the roof problem the next working day. The whole experience was excellent.
Quick response. Clear estimate. Came on time, went out of their way to customize job for us to save money, sent detailed photos showing the entire process and completion of repairs for a house sale. Highly recommended!
