I am very satisfied with the service provided by BRAX Roofing Inc. I had been searching for a company to inspect a year-long roof leak, and **** responded immediately with a quick and reasonable estimate. Their customer service was top-notch and the repair turnaround time was fast. ****** was fantastic - he walked me through the entire process and ensured all of my concerns were addressed and fixed. I highly recommend their services.
Brax was thorough, transparent and responsive. I talked to four good roofing companies whose references I got from several real estate agents and property management companies. Brax came and gave the most thorough inspection. ***** was responsive and polite when I called him with follow up questions or data requests. The workers are **** employees, not subcontractors. When work started, ****** kept me up to date on the timing of the work and responded to questions I had while work was progressing. After work was completed, *... read more
Asked Brax to come out and inspect my Dad's roof. I noticed a few things including water stains near where the chimney meets the roof. They did an inspection, taking pictures so I could see their recommended work and provided a very reasonable estimate. They then completed the work extremely quickly at the exact price quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.
I appreciated the detailed analysis of the roofing problem we were facing and the numerous photographs that were provided. The work was done in a timely and professional way.
**** did a great job. The team was very responsive.
Great service as usual. The sales *** was always responsive, the ***air team was quick and professional. Always a pleasure to do business with ****. Competitive pricing and quick reliable service. Highly recommended!
Great company My salesman was great and the crew did a great job Would definitely use them again
The monetary and emotional costs of replacing a roof through BRAX was overall a very positive experience. The biggest thing is the dedication to customer service (after professional work capabilities) which **** provided from sales, operations, and follow up. I would certainly recommend **** to any residential project.T ***** **********
in many years of being on a HOA condo board & working in renovations, I have dealt with many unprofessional & frustrating vendors: this was the OPPOSITE, I could not be more impressed or happy to work with ****** / BRAX.From beginning to end, our experience with BRAX could not have been better, ****** helped make everything that could have been a dreadful process as easy as can be. They came out to provide an estimate the day after I called. When we got our initial estimate/proposal from ******, He was the only one of three o... read more
