Hector did a wonderful job coming in with energy. He was professional, courteous, and informative. The quality of the windows were matched by the quality of the installation. Could not have asked for a better experience. When you sell a product, I can sell itself like windows, it comes down to service and Best Window Company knocked it out of the park.
Best Window Company installed our 15 windows. They were installed by Hector and Jose. The crew did a fantastic job. They were efficient with their time and showed us how to work the windows once installed. They cleaned up while and after the installation. Owner, Keith, was very informative about the windows and options provided. He had a great personality and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!! We love our windows!!
Hector and crew were here about 2 hours.2 specialty windows and 1 standard plus trim work.Highly recomended,the quality of the energy star series (100) is impeccable.
UPDATE: Best Windows also stands true to their warranty. We had an issue with the small bathroom window and they ordered us a new one and installed in a few weeks later within minutes. 👍🏽 As with ANY big purchase it took us a while to decide on a window company to install ALL new windows in our home. Everything about the Process was excellent; from the day we met the owner through placing the order and delivery , installation of the windows. At the. End if day one they cleaned up better than most contractors do at the end. So last day was even better. All in all an excellent experience. Good job well done.
