Based on a referral from a builder friend, I contacted Batterbee Roofing to replace the roof on our home built in 1999. The original roof had reached the end of its life & withstood the FL weather and I wanted our next roof to be built as well as the original, if not better. Batterbee Roofing did an excellent job from using quality materials to having a crew that went around and made sure that none of our neighbors or various pets encountered roofing nails around the property. From my first inquiry call about how to get an inspection to the final meeting after my roof was installed, I had a wonderful experience with competent professional people. I would recommend Batterbee Roofing to anyone who is needing professional service!

They did my roof in February. I think the job was good. They are more expensive but they explain it's because of the materials they used.but what really alienated me was they did not fulfill a promise to give $500 to me and $500 to a referral. They didn't return my several calls and for this I don't trust them. I'm sorry I went with them now.

DO NOT HIRE Batterbee roofing!!! I hired them to put a new roof on my home and while installing the roof they cracked and destroyed my designed driveway and its been over two months now and have not made sure my driveway was repaired and has stopped contacting me and answering emails or text I even texted ***** Batterbee the owner via email and never heard back they say they are a reputable company but they destroyed my property and refuse to make it right

The work was fine. The sales people slipped in a fan I didn't want (thought it was replacing one that was there but there wasn't one) with a monstrosity that hangs on the side of my roof and ruins the look of the home. Sales came out and I complained and asked it to be removed and refunded. Salesman wanted me to take a photo with him so he could get his bonus. No response as of yet. I will pay to have it removed and fixed. Be careful with these guys.
