We had a shower replaced in Feb. 2018. From the time the consultant gave us a quote and a timeline for installation it was a perfect job. We were skeptical, but the process was flawless. The installer showed up when he said he would and it took just over a day because there was some demo that needed to be done. They warned us about the extra time it might take, but a day and a half to replace an entire shower, with demo and wall replacement, was incredible! It looks fantastic!
Bath fitter should make customers aware that although they install the shower in one day, they need to get measurements of the installation for doors which takes another 2 to 3 weeks to fabricate.
