Installer was great and very knowledgeable. He made sure he asked where I wanted the shelves and grab bar located. The shower looks wonderful. The work was done fast. My one complaint was the mess. It should be relayed to the customer that "everything" should be taken out of the bathroom because of massive dust and a plastic sheet should have been put up in the doorway to keep the dust from getting into the rest of the house. I've been cleaning for days.
