Chris called within 10 minutes of me registering on this site. It was 11pm on a Friday night! He arrived promptly the next day at the promised time. My waterheater did not need to be replaced at this time. It was a minor problem and was resolved costing me under $200. He was very honest, nice and knowledgeable. Yes, I would definitely use him again.

Had Chris troubleshoot and service my Trane gas heating unit - he performed a simple cleaning of the thermal coupling to the unit because of carbon build up, he got the unit working for the day but the following day that the unit had malfunctioned and began blowing out cold air from the fan, it has been 2 weeks that I have been calling only to be transfer to a receptionist and answering service for the past 2 weeks now with no luck. Changed central ac unit ,disconnected humidifier unit. when I call him and ask to fix it, he is making one appointment, the fail it, then another one fail it also. Totally disrespect to customer, I will never use his company again.

Mr. Dmitri is correct. I did miss 2 appointments. However, each time I couldn't make an appointment I called or texted to reschedule. In this business there are a lot of variables and scheduling isn't always a science. Also, since Mr. Dmitri works nights our appointments always had to fit into his tight schedule, after he got home but before he went to sleep, so many times I was trying to accommodate him by squeezing him between two other appointments. I just want to first explain what my situation was. I had hot water but it would not stay hot for long so I had to shower and shower quickly before I would lose my hot water. I had STATEN ISLAND PLUMBING come to my home. The guy appeared to be working on my furnace but when he left I had NO HOT WATER AT ALL!!! Christopher was the only contractor who took the time to go over the different heat and a/c units and prices. explained how the repairs were going to be done. also he help me fill out the rebates to the electric company. I was happ with the price I paid. The heat and A/C work great. I had them installed in April this year. I did pick Chris from Home Advisor and they were on the mark
This gentleman is excellent to deal with. He is knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, hes trustworthy. Great crew he has with him who are also top notch. They were efficient throughout the whole project of replacing my ac and furnance with modifications. I was an hvac mechanic for over a decade and I would highly recommend chris to get the job done.
He came out and had the speed of a locamotive train because he found the problem in three minutes flat. And he also had the integrity of a Saint. He knew exactly what he was doing and did not hesitate at all.
