Josh, my tech, was great! Since I had recently moved into this house, I didn’t understand or know about this system.I didn’t feel comfortable with it at all. Josh answered all of my questions and removed all of my fears. I was even thinking about having the system removed. After Josh explained the system and what it does, I changed my mind. I also signed up for the year’s management program.
System is great and so is the service.
