Apex installed our roof in 2013. Last night we started to have some water coming in through a light fixture in a closet. Called first thing this AM and in less than 2 hrs, Jim Martinek came out to fix it. Jim was very efficient in identifying the issue and immediately fixing it. I am very happy the company stands by their work and that they address issues immediately. Would highly recommend their services.
David Coppes was fantastic! He was on time, he had everything he needed with him including samples. He made me aware of things my other inspectors didnt even mention. His honesty and personality won my buisness. Now for the actual work. The installers were on time, they were friendly and communicated with me very well. They finished slightly ahead of schedule and left my property better than they found it! Will always recommend Apex Exteriors to family and friends in need.
Have been working with Ken Coppes on planing our project for next spring and he has been very informative with what needs to be done. He takes the time to describe how the project will be done and where my investment is going along with how safety and quality are first for his crew in that order.

I've used Apex a few times for roof repair. They've done okay in the past but my recent experience was bad. I asked them to come out to do a once over on my roof and to address a leak. That "leak" was actually the very same leak I asked them to fix a year ago. Apparently they either didn't fix it at all or did a poor job. On a good note they did repair that particular spot but that took a little arguing to get it done for free.
