The installers were ******* and ******. They did a phenomenal job replacing 3 windows. Wonderful attention to detail. They left everything very clean, they came on time, very polite. Wonderful experience.
Salesman was courteous, measurer was courteous, installers were all great! Thorough, clean, professional and nice guys! I will definitely use AVW of Arizona again!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had with any company. Avoid American Vision Windows and Anlin at all costs. What was quoted as a 3-day job turned into nearly 2 months of disruption due to repeated negligence. They installed warped windows that wouldnt open, damaged my roof tiles and solar lights, and left stucco all over my propertyframes, furniture, gates, and more. I paid to have 2 windows replaced. My 2 day project ended up taking approximately 7 weeks. Trouble installing one window and had to be reordered. Upon leaving the job with only one window installed, they requested a final payment. Unprofessional to say the least. Company has terrible communication. My home was exposed to the rains and I had to call to have someone come out and seal around the windows. Horrible quality windows and doors. We spent over $21,000 to replace our windows and doors. 1. There was an internal scratch on one of the doors. 2. Most of the gasket trim fell off. The installer blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer blamed the installer. They replaced it but it is falling off again. 3. One door we can not longer open. Completely locked up.
