The Crew is outstanding and they have all the patience one could ask for.. RecommendedHands down the best company around. I am extremely happy with the new roof on my home. No detail was left untouched. The customer service was also top notch.
In all fairness I can’t comment on their work since they NEVER showed up, not once but twice for 2 separate jobs….. I had to find another 2 Contractors for the work we needed completed.
Initially, the project was on time and on budget. The workers were professional and polite. The problem came with the punch list that needed to be completed prior to the final payment. It took 3 months to get these items corrected. The main complaint was that the storm doors (2) slammed when closing. After several attempts at repairs and a trip to the factory in Ohio, they finally figured out to properly adjust the closer. We had Allpoint remodel our kitchen and bathroom. The end result looks good. However, I had to keep pointing out the touch-ups that need to be done to finish the job. The kitchen took 6 weeks to get a working kitchen. We didn't have handles for the cupboards until January 2023 - which were installed in October / November. The cupboards were left with sawdust and shelving sitting inside. They did not install my dishwasher correctly. IT IS NOT SAFE to use All Points Construction !
Got a one time visit on an estimate for kitchen and concrete. We got one email with a few pictures of our kitchen. I asked for some changes. A few weeks went by and I got an email saying he would get those changes. Never heard another word. Poor customer service by all means 👎
