Allmaster did a water mitigation project in one area of my basement involving installation of inside drains and reworking outside drainage to keep water away from the foundation. Sales rep Andy thoroughly described what was being quoted. They did the work promptly and as described for the price quoted. Gordon and the field crew were thorough and professional, cleaned up the work areas when they finished. Completed work looks good. My experience with Allmaster was everything I could have asked for.

We had a variety of work spread over three teams to address water diversion from the foundation and management of water in a basement walk-up. Ron's team handled the new drain in the walk-up and new battery-backed sump and buried downspout and sump outlet drainage pipes; Abel's team parged the top of the cinderblock walk-up retaining wall; and Jeffrey handled the punch-out work. I had Allmaster complete two different sets of work for me in addition to a couple of small tasks. The first piece of work was to complete foundation repair near my front steps where water caused soil erosion had created a gap that animals were getting into the basement through. Two gentlemen came on a very hot day, dug out the area, put in new concrete footer, packed back in the soil and patched over the area. AllMaster install Belgard retaining wall and didn't connect to the footer. Because this is not required for this product and he didn't inform me. AllMaster put a permit from Baltimore City to do a retaining wall, it was in my agreement contract. Permit *************, ************* job cost $15,000. I told them you can't do retaining wall in Baltimore City without permit, so they continue I paid them $15,701 with bal. $7851. I have been scammed.
