At our first scheduled appointment Tim inspected our roof, took video while on the roof & then sat with us going over the details & options. There was no pressure just friendly, professional recommendations. We made our decision to contract with Tim & the date was set. The crew was timely & neat. The finished product looked great except for some rippling under the shingles that only showed at certain times of the day. I am so happy with my new roof! I choose the black dimensional style and it looks great on my grey-blue siding and black shutters home. Tim Mallory and his team really went over and above to help me to get the roof I really needed and fixed my chimney issue, as well as, make sure the gutters were attached correctly.
