Overall, it was a pleasant two day event of installing twenty high quality windows and two patio doors by Marcin and his assistant, Conan. It was a huge project. From start to finish, they were respectful professionals, knowledgeable, and expert craftsmans . Marcin and Conan arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and focused upon the tasks at hand. This was a great experience. The quote/ order process was seamless. Next time I would ask for a pamphlet of the manufacturer & series windows with the specs. The install was meticulously done by Rafal. He was very diligent on doing the job right and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job!

I purchased 13 windows. Installer Rafal was very professional, worked very hard. He was very detail-oriented. He was respectful of my pets, and had a sense of humor as well. He was responsive to my questions about the new windows. He put in extra effort to ensure that the windows fit into a few idiosyncratic areas in my 70-year old house. I would highly recommend Rafal and AWS. They did what they said that they would. My new windows look great. I have definitely noticed that my house is staying warmer.

Great service all the way around. Original meeting with the sales professional Justin S****** was relaxed and not pushy like that of the competition. He took the time to show us all the options and features available. Windows took a little longer than expected to be made but considering the times we are in that's too be expected.
