We had a great experience with Zen Windows. We purchased a home last summer and noticed some moisture and mold in our basement. The water penetration in our house was coming from a window and door that were about 35 years old. Part of our mold remediation required the replacement of the patio door and window. Make Zen windows your first and only call! Brad, Tim, and Anthony are all experts in their class and made the normally painful process smooth. We had our entire house of windows and doors replaced, and are very pleased with the quality of the Provia product and the expertise of the install. As with any large project, there were a couple hiccups along the way that they handled efficiently and with care. We already have neighbors and friends wanting to call Zen after seeing their work on our home!

I used Zen Windows at my prior home and my current home. I am very picky and pointed out some very tiny scratches on a few of the sashes. They were immediately replaced with no questions. About 7 years after the windows were installed in my current home, I noticed some spots forming between the panes of glass on one window. I sent Brad an email and he immediately responded that they would get a replacement sash. Zen windows was a fantastic company to work with. They came over and measured everything and then asked us what type and style of windows we are looking for for our duplex. After going over option’s we settled and within a few months we had the new windows ready to be installed. Their team was very professional and took amazing care of all of our wood trim on the inside of the house. Their outside application of the fascia and caulk was beyond perfect.
