Great experience with Zen Windows. Very smooth and professional purchase process. Love that they ask for NO money upfront. The window product itself is very nice - look and work well. Installation crew was meticulous in installing and clean-up. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Excellent value!
The entire process has been pleasant from the beginning. They make it easy with no pressure to buy and I appreciated they did not require any payment until the job was completed! Good communication throughout the process from multiple staff via email or phone call/messages. Gustav's team arrived on time of the scheduled day and he explained the entire process, timeline for the job and then was available to answer any questions that came up during the day's work. 25+ windows replaced and a double slider replacing a bank of glass panels one of which was a single door. Zen was awesome-competitive quote on first proposal, clear and timely communications throughout.
