An absolutely incredible experience all around! The communication was stellar from the start. No high pressure sale and it was so easy to sign off to get the project started. Their prices are more than fair and don't compromise quality of the project. Windows came in early which was a plus and they were quick to notifying me and getting the install scheduled. Gustavo and his dad are a great team and provide excellent service. We had a rather large job of 31 windows. The team showed up on time, incorporated us in any decisions that needed to be made, and had wonderful follow-through and follow-up. Very polite, hard workers. With a job that large, you always expect some minor corrections, which they came out to address immediately... even though we are a 1.5 hour drive away. We called Zen to get an estimate for a new front door, frame and storm door. Our experience couldn’t have been better.
