Everyone at Zen Windows was fantastic! We had all our windows and our back door replaced and are very pleased with the process. From the beginning to the end, every person was on time, competent and friendly. Being able to quote without coming out was amazing. And the quote was in line with other companies. When we considered replacing all the windows in our home, we gave much thought to the curb appeal and the WOW factor for the very large windows in the front of our home. We are in the process of replacing 18 windows in our home and doing it in a "3 phase" way. Last year, Zen Windows did the first 6 and this past week, they did 6 more, From start to finish, everything was perfect. Just like before, we were able to get a no hassle quote through email by supplying some pictures. Someone then came out and measured, windows ordered and installation scheduled. This was an excellent experience from the start. Super easy quoting system, no one visited and tried to close us. Very fair pricing. Marco and his installer group were wonderful. They put 22 windows in 1 and bit days. Cleaned up nicely. BUT the Provia triple pane windows are the best. I got them for the insulation purposes but the sound proofing benefit is awesome.
