In October I started a painful process of searching for replacement windows. I had six window companies come to my house. Each spent a minimum of 90 minutes explaining how their windows and installation were the best. Prices were high and then, magically the discounts brought figures down, but not by much. What a pleasant & streamlined process. I was referred by a dear friend, after I was essentially bullied by a company named DaBella. I was quoted close to 30k for only 9 windows. That company also said my line & casings had to be replaced. Then ZEN came to the rescue & they were, indeed, completely zen ☮️. After honestly being told I do not need line & casings the original quote went from 14k to $9650! That included the disposal/tear out of old windows & install of the new ones! Another amazing experience for us!! We had Zen windows do our big window installation back in 2016 and that was amazing as well!! Luke and everyone were SO easy and wonderful to work with! We will definitely get back with him and Zen to do our last 3 windows left in the home to do.... Windows are also amazing!!!

Zen Windows & Luke were so easy to deal with. Luke was very helpful in answering all of my questions and always responded very quickly. Their quotes were easy to understand with each charge clearly explained. While I didn't use them for my window, I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need a window.

The quoting process from Zen was extremely easy, professional and straightforward. I emailed them my measurements and a few photos, had a quick phone call and then they were able to email me a quote that was clear and easy to understand with no gimmicks. Another company I got a quote from made me sit through a pointless meeting for a few hours and their quote was super confusing and more than the quote I got from Zen. Glad I got a quote from Zen too!
