Couldn't be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. I am so pleased with the windows installed by Zen Windows. The Zen team kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process via email, text, and phone. They work the entire year; therefore, my windows were installed in February (mid winter!). The installer James is a real professional. Staff are cordial and always responded to my inquiries in a timely matter. The installation price was reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Zen Windows without any hesitations. I have used Zen Windows for two projects. Initially replacing old open windows in our third floor. They did a great job. Cleaned up all messes. And we loved the windows. More recently I looked to replace several windows in our two story garage. We went with Zen Windows again. Came across ZEN WINDOWS on a Google search when looking for quotes for a bow window replacement. ZEN staff were very prompt and professional throughout the ENTIRE process.
