I contracted Zen to replace 4 old drafty windows for me. It was about a 2 month process but given the holidays were in between there from start to finish it was probably about 6 weeks. Once the windows were available the installer came out in about a week and had them installed in about 4 hours maybe less. He was very pleasant and put covers down to make sure he didn’t track dirt everywhere, which was great because we had just had snow the week prior. They were very communicative about every aspect. Overall, the process was very good! There were a few hiccups along the way but from Sales to Installation and afterwards everything was handled very well, and all hiccups were resolved exceptionally. Replaced 13 Windows and a Patio door (5 fused windows so sort of like 18 windows) Initially there was a lot of back-and-forth emails because as I was working with sales, I was also trying to research windows and doors and asking a lot of questions and exploring all of the options.
