Couldn't be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. This was our second purchase and 5 Star experience with Zen Windows. About 5 years ago we had 4 sliders installed on the back of our home leading to the deck. I am so pleased with the windows installed by Zen Windows. The Zen team kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process via email, text, and phone. They work the entire year; therefore, my windows were installed in February (mid winter!). The installer James is a real professional. Staff are cordial and always responded to my inquiries in a timely matter. The installation price was reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Zen Windows without any hesitations. We experience with Zen Windows was great. It was a no pressure sales process but still incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, gave honest opinions and requoted for me several times as I wanted to look at different options. Installation was incredibly easy for us. Communication was spot one. The price was in line to slightly less than the best other quote I received. Thank you to the whole Zen team!
