Couldn't be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. Came across ZEN WINDOWS on a Google search when looking for quotes for a bow window replacement. ZEN staff were very prompt and professional throughout the ENTIRE process. I wasn't sure at first because the company is big on doing things via email and text making the process more convenient for it's customers. No pushy sales or negotiating. Just a FAIR price upfront. When I was putting out feelers for a business to replace my windows, Zen responded the most quickly and provided the most detailed estimate. They also came in notably less expensive than anyone else I considered, and that was with lead mitigation measures added in. From a customer service perspective, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It also gave me peace of mind to know they have an unlimited lifetime warranty. Zen Windows did an amazing job replacing our old 50-year-old windows. The quote came in quickly with very good pricing, we never felt any pressure to buy and the installation team done a five-star job, replacing all 10 first floor windows in a short timeframe. All our windows now look great inside and out, and they cut out so much noise. The Zen Windows team were professional from start to finish and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
