We replaced 21 windows with Zen and the project went well. They quoted for Softlite Classic pro and the price was competitive with equivalents. The installer showed up on time and took 4 days to replace the windows and exterior trim as well as insulate around the rough opening of the window.

My experience with Zen Windows was exceptional from first contact to completed project. I talked with several other companies via the tedious in-home presentation process and was looking for a better alternative when I discovered Zen. I bought Windows with them a few years ago. Their local affiliate went out of business and I needed a window replaced under warranty due to a big crack. I called their global number and without a problem, they honored the warranty and replaced the window.
