We replaced 21 windows with Zen and the project went well. They quoted for Softlite Classic pro and the price was competitive with equivalents. The installer showed up on time and took 4 days to replace the windows and exterior trim as well as insulate around the rough opening of the window.

Two window replacement outfits refused the job citing bizarre problems with insurance. A third wanted to send a salesman out for an hourlong conversation. I already knew what I wanted, and with Zen Windows I was able to make all the specifications online. No salesman came out to talk with me, just a technician to take the needed measurements. The process was transparent, the results were good, and the price was lower than the quote I had previously gotten from another contractor.

My experience with Zen Windows was exceptional from first contact to completed project. I talked with several other companies via the tedious in-home presentation process and was looking for a better alternative when I discovered Zen. I received all the information I needed and answers to all of my questions - all by email with almost immediate responses even on a weekend. I bought Windows with them a few years ago. Their local affiliate went out of business and I needed a window replaced under warranty due to a big crack. I called their global number and without a problem, they honored the warranty and replaced the window.
