From ordering through arranging installation, customer service at Zen Windows has been first rate. Communication during the process was lacking. I originally stated I wanted "new" installations because we were doing our siding at the same time. I said we needed to coordinate with the siding company to plan on dates. The windows ordered were "replacements". The company said they never do "new" installations, and only "replacements". I never would've gone with them if they stated that up front.
I love working with Zen Windows. They are easy to deal with and really get the job done. And they do front doors as well.
