We’ve had a great experience with Zen Windows. The quality of their windows and screens is excellent—solid, well-built, and they’ve really made a difference in our home. What impressed us just as much is their customer service. We’ve had to use the warranty twice, and both times they responded immediately and replaced the windows without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product like that. Highly recommend!

When I was ready to replace my foggy windows several years ago, Zen Windows offered very informative, low pressure sales experience. They had several brands of windows, varying in looks and price. I went with a middle brand which included a lifetime warranty. The installation Went smoothly with good attention to detail. My wife and I recently had Zen Windows replace half of the windows in the house we purchased last year. The house was a 1995 build with the original aluminum frame windows, busted seals and all. After getting an outrageous quote from Renewal by Andersen, working with Zen was a breath of fresh air. We got 2 competing quotes from two companies for the same NT vinyl replacement windows.
