It took about 10 months to get my windows. Once they installed my windows they said they would come back and install screw covers at a later date. They never came back. Called asking for payment before job was completed. Finally they put screw covers in. The windows were leaking terribly. Took months for someone to respond. Drywall, paint, flooring damage, no compensation for these items. 6 months after they repaired the 3 windows 1 of them are still leaking and has ruined my floors, drywall and entire living room s... read more
Beware, disreputable company. They told me from the day I signed the agreement. It would take 4 months to install. 11 months later and dozens of stalls and lies the impact sliders were finally installed! What a poorly run business! They did a lousy job! They broke multiple floor tiles and refused to accept any responsibility. Major gouges in the sheet rock, the locks do not work, and they left trash everywhere! These guys are absolutely the worst! Update 6/12/2024 Wrights finally finished the screw caps installation, and the home is now complete. What a wild ride.... definitely not worth the yearlong order to installation process. As with most contractors, they are quick to take your money, they follow the fine print, severely understaffed with incompetence, and unable to keep up with demand. or meet reasonable expectations.
