We originally got our new windows and doors from Wrights and they are nice except some were very hard or impossible to open. We waited a couple of months to ask for them to come back but when we did they did and up coming to fix them to open easily. My review has mainly to do with Reyner the repair man that just came to repair them. He really was awesome. My experience with Wright's was by far opposite of what I'm reading from others experiences. I only needed one exterior door - not my entire home or multiple windows. We chose a slider - Jay was out the day after I called, quick, straight to the point, gave me a quote which was the best out of 3 other reputable companies. Once I gave the go ahead, office handled permitting - done in 2 weeks. As soon as the permit passed the measuring rep was out within 2 days and the timer started on fabrication. From the beginning Case was the sales representative we had dealt with and he took his time with us. After installation, Matthew was the project manager/point of contact and he truly took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and with care. My experience with Wright’s Impact Window & Door has been superior from start to finish. I got quotes from several companies and they were by far the best. Minor repairs were required and they insured everything was perfect before completing the job. I want to give a special shoutout to Jay, Shannon, and Ray! My windows and sliding glass doors are beautiful.
