I don't give bad reviews unless I'm being taken advantage of as a customer. Although I was pretty satisfied with Wright's when they installed my windows and doors six years ago, when I contacted them recently about a window that came off the rails I got a total run around. I provided them pictures, the exact window number and placement off the original order. Just wanted to say i am thoroughly impressed with everyone on your team including site managers. Even before the job started 2 visits to ensure everything was measured correctly and i was informed. Once project started a call few days before and visit by Desi then day before an email from site mamager Alain then on morning of a call with eta. Once job began 2 visits a day . The company changed all the windows and doors of my home. Even though there was a delay in the manufacturing process, the installation process was great. The team was fast and cared for the contents of the house. The interior and exterior wall damages were minimal and well-repaired. They also worked well with the city, so they got all the correct permits, and the inspection was great. Finally, windows and doors are of good quality. I’m glad I chose Wright Windows to install several impact windows at our home. These folks are professionals all the way, from the people in the home office handling the administrative end, to the site managers who made sure everything went according to plan. I believe the main manager was Desi, and he was great. His installation team were awesome! Everything - proposal, pricing, permitting, billing, inquiries, etc. - was excellent.
