From the beginning, communication was consistent and thorough. Every part of the process was hassle free, including the permit. On the day of installation, a team of friendly employees took their time to protect the floor, cabinets, and any exposed items. The job was completed in time and I’m extremely happy with the decision to install impact windows.

Just wanted to say i am thoroughly impressed with everyone on your team including site managers. Even before the job started 2 visits to ensure everything was measured correctly and i was informed. Once project started a call few days before and visit by Desi then day before an email from site mamager Alain then on morning of a call with eta. Once job began 2 visits a day . I don't give bad reviews unless I'm being taken advantage of as a customer. Although I was pretty satisfied with Wright's when they installed my windows and doors six years ago, when I contacted them recently about a window that came off the rails I got a total run around. I provided them pictures, the exact window number and placement off the original order. I was then told it would be a $150, pay up front, assessment charge just to look at their faulty product and an additional 2.5% credit card fee unless I wanted to ma... read more

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Arturo, our sales rep, was fantastic—friendly, informative, and never pressured us to make a decision. He was patient and available when we were ready. Henry, our project manager, kept everything on track and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Leo and Olay, did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and the windows look amazing. Highly recommend this company from start to finish!
