My experience with Wright's was by far opposite of what I'm reading from others experiences. I only needed one exterior door - not my entire home or multiple windows. We chose a slider - Jay was out the day after I called, quick, straight to the point, gave me a quote which was the best out of 3 other reputable companies. My cousin recommended me Wright's Windows & Doors, and I'm so glad she did. Wright's is fantastic! I had to replace 9, 40 year old windows, 2 doors and a slider. The process was so easy, I can't believe it as I was stressed and worried. The team was fantastic, they took the time to listen, came to measure multiple times to ensure everything was correct (I had some strange measurements). I was very impressed with the on site installation lead named Victor. He was wonderful, attentive, caring and concerning. Unfortunately I was totally disappointed with the salesman who obtained 50% when I signed the original contract and followed up with additional charges not discussed when contract was signed. However Victor was the man to go to during the entire period of installation. Home was kept clean, crew was timely and considerate but if not for Victor this review would not have been positive.
Wright's is a wonderful, honest, helpful company. The installation of my door went just as Jay told me that it would. No delays and no problems. When the installers left, you would never know that they had been here, except that I have a new beautiful door. All the staff were so helpful and kept me updated on the progress.
