My experience with Wright's was by far opposite of what I'm reading from others experiences. I only needed one exterior door - not my entire home or multiple windows. We chose a slider - Jay was out the day after I called, quick, straight to the point, gave me a quote which was the best out of 3 other reputable companies. Wright's is a wonderful, honest, helpful company. The installation of my door went just as Jay told me that it would. No delays and no problems. When the installers left, you would never know that they had been here, except that I have a new beautiful door. All the staff were so helpful and kept me updated on the progress. From the beginning, communication was consistent and thorough. Every part of the process was hassle free, including the permit. On the day of installation, a team of friendly employees took their time to protect the floor, cabinets, and any exposed items. The job was completed in time and I’m extremely happy with the decision to install impact windows.
