We are THRILLED with our new front windows! Ryan was an excellent salesman — very educational about what we needed (and didn't!). The communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. The install crew showed up right on time and were courteous, professional, and extra kind to my very curious (and chatty) 4 year old. The house and yard were left spotless, and the windows are stunning! I will be returning for future projects for sure.

I had 3 windows replaced with casements windows and a new window framed and installed. Awesome experience all around. The salesman Dave I worked with answered all of my questions during the buying process and was very good about getting back to me as soon as he could. The installation was flawless with Austin and Austin. Both Austin's were polite, respectful, and took their time to do the job right. I really hate to write this review, but in all honesty, it’s been more of a negative experience than it has been positive. I met this company at the Buffalo home show and it was there that I set up an estimate to be done for a bathroom shower. That appointment was rescheduled three times with one of the times being as late as an hour before they were supposed to show because they ran late with another customer. WW has a very efficient process! After we ordered the windows, Steve Klaver and Matt Varney came to the house and did final measurements just as we were told they would! We are very excited to get our windows this winter! Steve and Matt were very professional and communicated very well! I highly recommend them! Update: Project complete! Wonder Windows did a fantastic job and we can’t be happier! The triple pane windows are top quality and keep our house quiet and warm! We highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with Steve Klaver from Wonder Windows. Steve did an excellent job measuring for our window installation project. He was prompt, professional, polite, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel confident that everything was being handled carefully and accurately. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service.
