We are THRILLED with our new front windows! Ryan was an excellent salesman — very educational about what we needed (and didn't!). The communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. The install crew showed up right on time and were courteous, professional, and extra kind to my very curious (and chatty) 4 year old. The house and yard were left spotless, and the windows are stunning! I will be returning for future projects for sure.

I cannot say enough nice things about this whole process. From Ryan the salesman to Hannah who kept me informed every step of the way to the 2 greatest installers every bit of the process was covered. Nat and Ethan were just the sweetest guys who showed total respect for me my home and even my dogs. When there seemed to be a problem with the windows (my not seeing they were triple panned) they right away called the boss Jeff who came right over to reassure me that indeed they were as advertised. I really hate to write this review, but in all honesty, it’s been more of a negative experience than it has been positive. I met this company at the Buffalo home show and it was there that I set up an estimate to be done for a bathroom shower. That appointment was rescheduled three times with one of the times being as late as an hour before they were supposed to show because they ran late with another customer. WW has a very efficient process! After we ordered the windows, Steve Klaver and Matt Varney came to the house and did final measurements just as we were told they would! We are very excited to get our windows this winter! Steve and Matt were very professional and communicated very well! I highly recommend them! Update: Project complete! Wonder Windows did a fantastic job and we can’t be happier! The triple pane windows are top quality and keep our house quiet and warm! We highly recommend them!

We love our new sliding glass door! The crew was professional, friendly, and made the whole installation process smooth and easy. The door looks great and works perfectly — highly recommend Wonder Windows Buffalo!
