Opal has been a wonderful window company to work with! I have had all my windows replaced by them and I love them! Just today, the most kind man named Jose came to readjust something on a window for me. Opal employees have been TIMELY, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and they guarantee their product! The office staff (especially Katie) and all the workers have been extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend this company!!
Overall, Opal met expectations for our new door and window installation. While there were original delays for the install, that was not due to Opal, but simply Provia manufacturing. Once the crew arrived, work began quickly. There were some hiccups on the outside that Opal corrected such as nails not set in the brick molding. We used Opal to change out the front door. Jesse, our sales rep, was very helpful with selections and being upfront and honest on timeline from order to installation. Ty Ybarra kept in contact via email on scheduling. The install team was very conscientious on keeping everything clean, finished in a few hours. Bottom line - quality product and quality installation. We would recommend Opal to anyone.
We used Opal to change our front door and our back door. Our overall experience was excellent beyond what we could have imagined. After being told by two other companies that we couldn't get what we wanted (French doors), Opal made it happen.
