Greatest experience ever! We have used Opal before and loved our first experience but WOW the second time was even better. Our Sales Rep Jessie was amazing and patient with us while we chose the right windows and siding for our budget. The installation Supervisor Jack was beyond professional and made us feel like our business was really appreciated. Thank you for another great experience. I do NOT recommend Opal nor its manufacturer Provia. I’ve had numerous delays, appt cancellations, reschedules, damaged items/parts, & botched repair jobs for the past 11mos. Opal aggressively markets via mailers/flyers every week. I ordered my $7800 custom steel front door w/ sidelight & transom last July & it was installed in Sept. Project scope; Opal Enterprises replaced (16) double-hung windows (1) sliding patio door, and (1) front entryway door all as a full-frame replacement. These were all 25-year-old original builder-grade Hurd windows that had become drafty, some inoperable, and some with damaged seals on the double-pane glass.
