After getting multiple bids, windows plus has the best product at the best price. Our salesman, Mike, was very responsive and easy to work with. He had great ideas to help us minimize cost and improve the aesthetic. Our installers, Cam and Ethan, did a fantastic job! They had to work on one of the hottest weeks of the year and still managed to get 35+ windows and 3 doors installed to perfection in just a week! We can already tell how much more energy efficient these windows are and could not be happier with the look!
Windows Plus installed 15 new replacement windows and 3 new doors. The crew was Austin's crew and they work great together and each person knew just what their job was. It only took them seven hours from the time they pulled in the driveway and pulled out cleaned up and finished. We received a back door from them 2 years ago and it had some problems, but they came out and repaired it quickly each time- it works well now and looks great. The new front door is gorgeous. They did crack a small area of tile when installing the new front door, but they repaired it in such a way that you can’t see it and it looks great. They used silicone around the door to seal it and with our house, mortar would’ve looked better and not have the new door look like a replacement door. We had a great experience with the installation of our new windows. The installers were on time and efficient. We now have a house that is much warmer and better looking. Our salesman Nick Leta was great. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions about the type of windows we could use. Highly recommend.
