From the rep Matt that came to sell us the product to the techs that installed the windows, we've had an amazing experience with "The men with tools ". All employees have been polite, kind and real. Matt worked with our budget and still got us a great product. The techs were on time and brought bagels ! They installed the windows flawlessly, called me on FaceTime to show me a few features of the window. They also swept and vacuumed after they were done. What an amazing experience! Everything from the first visit to installation of our patio door went smoothly. Ray went through the various options with us and was always available whenever we had questions throughout the process. Excellent service - excellent installation. This is my second window replacement with this company. Would definitely recommend Men With Tools! Service was exceptional & the installers were very friendly & congenial and left everything immaculately clean. And just a side note, the installers came with fresh bagels!!! Certainly, above & beyond!
