I had an outstanding experience with Windows Depot in Shreveport from start to finish. The process began with Traicee Dueck, the Design Consultant, who handled the design and made everything smooth, clear, and stress-free. I had two sliding doors and a front door replaced, and her guidance really helped me feel confident in my choices. I have known Jeb Breithaupt (Owner of Window Depot USA of Shreveport) for many years. Jeb and I wrote a book called Attack Dog Marketing a number of years ago and I have done some consulting for him. He and his company have an excellent reputation in the community and they do great work. Most importantly, he puts the customer first!
