We researched, reviewed and received quotes from five (5) different roofing companies before moving forward with Westfall. Theirs was not the lowest bid so we weren't shopping price, we wanted to be confident with our choice. The company performed exactly as laid out in the estimate and kept in contact throughout the process. There were issues with our old flat roof and that changed the final price upward but we knew that could be the situation as they addressed it during the estimate process. Westfall Roofing did a great job and I would highly recommend them to others. The entire staff including KT who provided me product and company information and the quote to Louis who oversaw the project and the supervisor on site and entire crew were all professional, extremely hard working, and knowledgeable. After completion, they cleaned up everything and I have beautiful quality roof. Thank you Westfall Roofing!

I contracted with Westfall after researching and receiving bids from 4 companies. I'm very happy to say that I made the right decision. From initial appointment with Manny through office staff and finally installation crew supervised by Louis and Luis, it was an efficient operation and results are way better than I expected. Everyone was considerate of my time, my yard and my dogs. Clean up was superb. This was a tear down of existing roof that was 22 years old and installation of new. Starting with Bruce explaining everything that would be used and why to Xavier, the Project Manager stopping by everyday and the awesome hard working crew, Luis, Ramon, and Joel, and the ever friendly Melissa in customer service, I couldn't have asked for more. They were the BEST! Even better, the city inspector and wind inspector both said it was a great job, which is "typical of Westfall" and that Westfall always works "above the standard." From the start with Bruce presenting the problems with the roof with associated pictures to the delivery of materials and the installation the process was easy. Inspections were done on a timely basis as well as the mitigation inspection. I highly recommend westfall roofing for service and product. Office staff, Tanya, Chad, and mellisa were all great and very responsive to all requests. Hector (on sight supervisor) explained all questions and had a great crew working the job. Excellent service from start to finish and very good quality of workmanship. Crew arrived on time and stayed until there wasn't enough daylight to continue working. Debris removal and cleanup was thorough and complete. Great follow-up on work completed after job completion. Will gladly use Westfall again in the future if needed. An exceptionally positive experience overall.
