Westfall was the best contracting experience I have ever had in 21 years of home ownership. The most honest, the most competent, and the most reliable. The quality of product was beyond compare and the customer service experience was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way, were very responsive to my questions, and the crew was hardworking and kept the worksite clean. I would highly recommend Westfall for any of your roofing needs.

This company is very professional. Their customer service skills are exceptional. KT went above and beyond to assist me with my roof replacement. The office staff were always very pleasant and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The roofers covered everything and then cleaned up everything. The company provided me with photos of what was done from the beginning to the end. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company and highly recommended them.

I can't recommend them highly enough. They were there when scheduled, polite, and just couldn't do enough. Left the worksite very clean, answered my phone call and questions and checked to be sure I was completely satisfied. Great service all around. Thanks!

We have nothing but great things to say about Westfall Roofing. Every person we interacted with from start to finish did an excellent job. Our consultant was very informative and transparent. The office operations staff communicated effectively with us throughout the process. The project supervisor and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof. They answered all of our questions and followed up to make sure our expectations were met. Great Job!! Thank You!!

I did my roof with them in 2022, They were very professional and did an excellent work. But once you get your roof is very hard to have their services, especially if your roof is covered under a warranty, I assume is not a good deal for them. I have called the office here in ***** about 4 times to get a leak inspected, I visited their office in person once, after a month since the first call, the technician was dispatched at the date they choose, notified just 3 hours in advance. I had a simple flat roof repair job over my lanai with a chimney which needed a chimney cap....was told multiple times the cap had been ordered but because it needed to be fabricated it would take a couple of weeks, that was over 2 months ago, just found out today it never even got ordered so i have had plywood and plastic over my chimney all that time and am still waiting...if you have a "small job", don't even bother with these guys, the communication is atrocious...

This company failed to remove a contractor's encumbrance from our address months after the work was complete. It came up when I began another project that required financing; that institution informed me that Westfall had the effect of a lien on my property despite the fact that they were paid in full one day after work was complete. Removal of this instrument required me to go to their company headquarters and complain (I couldn't get through on the phone). Set up a contract with them for a new roof. Their roofing consultant sent me a bid to do my main roof plus a flat roof addition. After I signed the contract n sent down payment they proceeded to tell me that they totaled the contract wrong and it will cost another $10,000.00. Be very careful dealing with these guys.
