We are very pleased with the job that Victors did on our family cabin in NE lower MI. They were delayed by a day due to weather, but the job was mostly completed in a day. The shingle supplier shorted the delivery by a bundle or two, so they are to return tomorrow with them and complete the job. We are now fans and will recommend Victor's to anyone needing roof work. Very impressed by the crew that installed my roof and we are happy with the results. Crew was very professional and cleaned up thoroughly. Project manager Steve came back 2 days after install to make sure we were satisfied with our new roof. You may pay a little extra compared to other roofing companies but their service pre and post install is very much worth it. They stand by their work and will come back yearly to inspect for any areas that need to be addressed. Would recommend them to anyone.
We are so happy with Victor's roofing and the repairs they did for us. Timothy came out to look over our roof, tell us what was going on and give us an estimate. Rick came to do the actual repair. Both men were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. They found what needed to be done (we had 4 other roofers come out, and they weren't able to repair it)and fixed our roof quickly. We would recommend Victor's to everyone.
Zack and crew did a great job installing my roof. I loved everything about this installation. However I do think the price was too high. But this does come with a 15 year promise to make any repairs. Hopefully I’ll be around to find out.
