We couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof from Victors Home Solutions! Barb, our project manager, did an excellent job keeping us updated throughout the day, even sending photos so we could see the progress. Shane and his crew worked tirelessly and were incredibly professional, with our neighbors even commenting on how efficiently they worked. Really enjoyed Barbara she was so friendly and thorough and informative. The guys were great. I was lmpressed how good they worked in the cold. Sarah and Zac s gave me the best experience in my life. It was my 74th birthday present.

Wonderful team of very courteous and professional workers. Did their job and did not waste any time with getting the project done down from the start of consultation with the sales rep to resolution of job. Communication 90% on spot! Cost is pretty expensive but well worth it for the type of materials used and type of craftsmanship you get with your product purchased. They are honest and trustworthy! I want to shout to Maia, Barb, Josh and the crew for installing an awesome roof!!! From tear down to to shingles they got it done in a day!! I had 5 sheets of OSB rotting which explains some of the leaks I've been experiencing. They also replaced the two skylights, setting them in with Josh's hand built frames. All the rusted valleys were ripped out and replaced with smooth transitioned and overlapped layer of shingles, meaning the lower pitched roof pitch was tucked under a higher roof pitch with a 6 inch minimum overlay. ... read more

We were introduced to Victors Home Solutions by Maia when she came to do our initial roof inspection. She was very thorough in explaining what the Victors Home Solutions process included, showed us pictures and videos of the issues with our current roof, and had samples of all the materials that would be used on our new roof. On the day of installation the crew showed at a reasonable hour to begin tear off. The site supervisor was Barb.
