From the initial phone call to signing the paperwork and having a new roof installed these folks were highly professional. Travis’ crew did an awesome job, they even identified a larger problem than I first thought, they shared photos of the damage, replaced the rotted wood on my roof from what was covered by another company 9 months ago before I bought the home. They replaced our flashing to repair a leak. Showed up right on time, did a great job, and took a bunch of photos so we could see the completed work. Dame was our crew leader and was super responsive. Would be happy to use them for future roof work!
The timeframe for completion was excellent. The attention to detail for my surrounding property not so much. I had to ask that the old roofing material not be thrown into my landscaping. I don't think my request was taken seriously. Update: Our concerns have been addressed and we've discussed a way forward after speaking with the GM. Thanks!
Victor's did a very good job replacing the roof on my house. Don was very professional and very honest about the work that was done. Don communicate very well with about what was going on and the time it was going to take. Thank you Don for everything you did.
