From *******************, to the architect, engineer, *******, construction crew and electricians, all were courteous, meticulous and professional. *********** project was completed on time and met the contractual price to the *****. We highly recommend Under the Sun Improvements and would be happy to share our experience!
I signed a contract for a sunroom 1/22 with *** after he assured me there was enough clearance from my septic. It took until July of 22 to get the engineering plans so I could submit a permit application. *** said the delay was because his engineer had a fire in his home. The town advised us immediately that my septic was too close to where the sunroom would be built and my only option was to move it. Since I had just replaced it for $10,000 that wasnt an option.
