First, let me state that the quality of the roof they installed appears to be excellent. The problems I have with Top Seal are the lack of professionalism and poor communication. My roof project began on 4/24/20. At the time, I clearly explained to Ron that obtaining a new wind mitigation certificate (to lower my homeowners insurance) was an extremely important aspect of the project. I must confessed I'm always skeptical when it comes to booking estimates or hiring a firm to perform repairs on my properties. Unfortunately in South Florida some contractors play the role of sharks very well and deliver poor results/repairs. The team over at Top Seal has done an excellent job in replacing the roof of my home. They used top of the line material and molded the medal sheets to the exact dimensions of my home. Very pleased with the craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. Everyone from Ronald, Nick, Andres, and Lucas were very attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking to install a new roof system on their home.
