Very disappointed with the warranties/guarantees/aftercare. Primary reason for new windows was a leak. I made the salesperson aware multiple times about the leak. Salesperson said I did not need a new window frame and if they discovered any rot, I would be covered under the 'no change order guarantee' to replace the frame. New windows look great! I put a review based on personal first hand experience, having to deal with the aftermath of how this company left my parents bathroom! My parents then went to talk with owners about all of this bolonga! They did NOT do anything to satisfy my parents disappointment!! Then they realized I put a review on here and they came out to my parents car as they were getting ready to leave and had the audacity to ask them to try and convince me to edit my review!!! WOW!!!!! Again over $14,000 and left the bathroom in disarray!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new windows installed by Top Home Improvement! Everyone I came in contact with or talked to was professional, courteous & knew what they were doing! That includes Lakota, Talon & Makyla in the office to Zach who gave me the estimate, John & his team that installed the beautiful windows & the follow up with Steve & Sawyer! Very easy process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again for my home improvement projects!

We had Top Home Improvements come do our bathroom, and we are so happy with the turnout, they did it in less time as they said, and the work was done perfectly, we love it so much, they are courteous,great customer service oriented, get the job done right and perfect, I’d definitely hire them again for future projects I have them 5 stars, they deserve it, I’m posting some pics of the work they did see for yourself.
