giving them three stars because I haven't seen the quality of their work, and wont. The salesperson who came out for the estimate used a now or never close technique to try and get a same day signature. I don't play that way so they were shown the door. Also makes sure to do your own math on their payment plans. , i wasn't looking for payments anyway, but the total amount of the down payment and monthly amount did not align at all with what he said the interest rate would be.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new windows installed by Top Home Improvement! Everyone I came in contact with or talked to was professional, courteous & knew what they were doing! That includes Lakota, Talon & Makyla in the office to Zach who gave me the estimate, John & his team that installed the beautiful windows & the follow up with Steve & Sawyer! Very easy process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again for my home improvement projects!

Horrible company and experience overall. The company forgot to apply my down payment check on my account before forwarding it the finance company. I found this out as I am working with my bank to pay off the loan. The company is hard to get ahold of. The sales tactics were pushy and wanted an immediate signature with payment. The office staff is too casual and, as I said, messed up applying my initial deposit so my account is reflected inaccurately. Overall very scammy tactics and not knowledgeable office staff. We had Top Home Improvements come do our bathroom, and we are so happy with the turnout, they did it in less time as they said, and the work was done perfectly, we love it so much, they are courteous,great customer service oriented, get the job done right and perfect, I’d definitely hire them again for future projects I have them 5 stars, they deserve it, I’m posting some pics of the work they did see for yourself.
