45 years in business! Wayne is so professional, genuine and straight forward: a succinct, but friendly, communicator. He was always responsive within a day via email, text or call. He was not comfortable proceeding until we got a second opinion from a competitor (whom he deemed worthwhile) and then helped weigh the pros and cons of that competitor and their quote, with no push. Thrilled. I've lived in my house for 18 years. The front door and storm door needed replacement from the get go, but this year was finally their turn. The builders of my townhouse complex were remiss in many areas and my front door was no exception. The walls are not in a single plane, so i had lots of air coming in and out thru the storm door as well as the front door. Nick and Brett were wonderful. The staff is friendly,responsive, and professional. We have purchased 2 back doors, a front door with side lights and had them installed. Both installations have been perfect no issues and they keep the area clean. I would highly recommend The Window Nerd!
We purchased a new front door and 2 storm doors and cannot speak highly enough of this company and staff. They were extremely professional, easy to work with, and over a year later, my doors are still outstanding!
