I love the windows. They came in sooner than expected, which was great. The price cannot be beat. I had my Maintnence Guy go to Home Depot Menards and even had Lowe’s come here and Terry’s windows still beat their prices. Trent is an amazing person. There was absolutely no mess to clean up. They even swept the floor when they were done. I’m very happy with their service love the windows like I said, and if I could give them more than five stars I would.
March 2026 Terry's Rep. Matt came to our home on time. My wife and I our in our 70's and Matt was awesome in his patience with us. There was no pressure to close a deal and his answers to our questions and his suggestions were very helpful and appreciated. We visited Terry's showroom and closed the deal. If there was an option for more than 5 stars we would give it! (And we never do reviews). Terry’s was simply outstanding! From Caleb coming to the house to walk us through the process, to Josh and his team doing the install. Our home is 120 years old and unique to the time period. Everyone involved was so compassionate to our concerns, and even went well above and beyond to find solutions to unique situations such as our stained glass windows and dormers in the attic.
