I hate to leave a bad review but I'm going on 2 months and my windows are still not finished...10 windows were installed, 2 were done wrong and had to be removed and done over, started job May 22,2005 it's July 8th and still waiting for trim to be finished. 8 windows were done well, but it seems once their is a problem you go to the bottom of the list to get anyone out to fix things. Would not use this company again.

Horrible experience. Be aware of the 3 card ***** approach. I had **** come out and show me a paper folded in half with a 40k quote for some windows and a slider. It also had 3 different finance options. When I said I wanted to think about it they said oh well we didn't apply your discounts yet and then on the flip side they write 32k and proceeded to bring it down again after a bit to 25k. On September 12 I had Sunbelt come to my home to explain there product everything went fine I applied for a lone and was approved and I signed a contract for them to do the work . I was also told the I have 3 days to cancel if I wanted. The 3 day period ended o Tuesday September 17. On Saturday September 14 we had a car accident and the car was totaled. STAY AWAY!!!! Lies and empty promises signed a contract march 23 for windows. In with the price was new hurricane shutters top and bottom brackets when it was time to install they were horizontal not vertical. Today 4/17/24 one shutter left putting top c channel in then measuring and have to order the shutters. Previously they sent two separate times to measure when they already had the size of the windows they installed I DONT GET IT. AND GOOD LUCK IF YOU EVER GET A RETURN CALL. What can you expect 35k for 14 windows

We ordered windows and doors in March 2022. I called them in July and was told they were in’production’. I called back in August and was told they would ship on 9/20/22. I called yesterday (10/26) and was told they are still in production but they are in backlog and did not have a date to give me at all. My husband called today and ‘Roger’ and Roger called back and left a message that they will be shipped 11/18. Today a date but yesterday backlogged?
