We had a great experience with Cory Alexander from Struxure. My husband and I are planning a pergola project for our backyard, and Cory came to our home to take measurements, explain everything clearly, and answer all of our questions with so much patience and kindness. Modern Shade transformed my 2 acre property to be a lot more useable. The patio cover created a complete out door living space. Protected from wind and debris. Along with heat, misters, lighting, wall screens, speakers and automatic louvered ceilings. My pool cover is a floating deck that can be used for additional decking when open or closed. We enclosed a patio with electronic screens and installed heaters and a big screen tv. This has given us an extension to our house and we can now use our patio year round. We are very pleased with our new enclosed deck and recommend Modern Shade as a reputable and professional company.
