I worked with Rob Bodenschatz in a previous life so when we encountered an issue with a leaky ceiling (after many, many rainy days) he was the first person I contacted. He not only assessed (and temporarily fixed) the problem he also offered tips for maintaining a dry & energy-efficient roof / attic area.
