I got several quotes from a few local vendors to fix the moisture issue in my crawlspace. Being a house built in 1821, I was particularly concerned about preservation. We hired Stapleton Foundation Systems to replace some joists (basically rip out and rebuild floors) in two rooms, Crawl Space Barrier and install a 10-ft-steel I-beam to support another part of our home. We paid half of the 46K before they started the work. Prior to them completing the work, I crawled under the house to replace and repair the plumbing that was disconnected by Stapleton. I need to get about 14 feet of rim joist and sill replaced due to it being rotted. Tate came out to check it out and give me a quote he was honest, upfront and very clear about what needed to be done. Tate gave me a quote and I paid the deposit thinking it might be a while before it got done a little over a week later I got a call on 11/18 saying they could squeeze me on Thursday, they did an excellent job. Anyone who needs foundation solutions should give Stapleton a call they won't let you down

We wanted our crawlspace made "bulletproof" for the years ahead. Stapleton did a great job. They emptied out our space before doing any work and carefully returned everything once the project was done. Our estimate covered the scope of the project and the on site team did a good job explaining what they were doing. The work was well done and we are happy with the end result.
