He took his time with the roof inspection, using a drone and physically getting up on the roof. I called Spartan Home services to my home to check on a possibility of adding Solar. Unfortunately, my home had too much shading and we were not able to add Solar. They were honest, kind, and very informative. Daniel W. was my sales person and he was very kind and honest. Daniel Wells Lead Estimator was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions I had when he came out for the Estimate. He pointed out some unknown to me areas that might cause issues in the future. He pointed out that I did not need gutters but supplied an estimate if I wanted them. His estimate was very detailed and explained and itemized everything that was to be done. Definitely a ten out of ten.
