Had to get a whole new tankless water heater. We were in desperate need of a new tank as ours was at the end of its life and was not installed correctly from the previous owners. Im very pleased with how quickly they were able to get a technician out to us who was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that Tim wore shoe covers and explained everything he was doing. He got everything done in less than the time frame he gave us. Very greatful for their services and the cookies they sent us after was a nice touch 🍪

We had 2 new bathrooms done by Southport & they are beautiful. All the work was completed on time & they left everything in very clean condition. I would recommend them for any & all work to be done. We had secured grab bars installed, very pleased with the job they did. Excellent.

Tommy was very friendly and helpful when he came to change my shut- off valve. He explained everything he needed to do, and make sure all plumbing fixtures that he had to work on, were up to code. Our house is 80 years old and some things were outdated and not up to code! He gave me choices of things that needed to be updated, and if I wanted them changed now, or if I will have them changed at a later date. I would recommend Southport Home Services! I will use them again in the future.

Tim was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was an emergency call so pricing reflected that but he came right away and quickly took care of the broken main water valve replacement so we could have water again!

Great company. Air conditioner went down right in the evening timeframe, we called and they were able to get us an appointment the very next day. The weather was very hot. We are very grateful that they were able to come out. Marcus, the technician that came to service our property, was just an absolutely wonderful individual. He was kind, courteous, polite, efficient, and explained what he was doing along the way. Very grateful for this company and for Marcus.
