Service needed was for water backing up from main sewer line in basement. They absolutely will not give any idea of cost before they come do an assessment. In my opinion, a base price could at least be provided. Cost was significantly more than I expected. The technician that came to the house was great. Personable, knowledgeable and efficient.
My Carrier furnace, which was 23 years old started having issues Sunday before Thanksgiving. On Monday, a technician came out to check out the furnace found it had a heat exchanger that was going bad. The heat exchanger was under warranty and they would have replaced it for me if I wanted to go that route. I elected to replace the furnace with a new Carrier because I felt I definitely got the life expectancy from the previous furnace. Had to get a whole new tankless water heater. We were in desperate need of a new tank as ours was at the end of its life and was not installed correctly from the previous owners. Im very pleased with how quickly they were able to get a technician out to us who was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that Tim wore shoe covers and explained everything he was doing. He got everything done in less than the time frame he gave us. Very greatful for their services and the cookies they sent us after was a nice touch 🍪
We had 2 new bathrooms done by Southport & they are beautiful. All the work was completed on time & they left everything in very clean condition. I would recommend them for any & all work to be done. We had secured grab bars installed, very pleased with the job they did. Excellent.
