Great company. Air conditioner went down right in the evening timeframe, we called and they were able to get us an appointment the very next day. The weather was very hot. We are very grateful that they were able to come out. Marcus, the technician that came to service our property, was just an absolutely wonderful individual. He was kind, courteous, polite, efficient, and explained what he was doing along the way. Very grateful for this company and for Marcus.

Tommy was very polite and professional. He used shoe covers, explained what he was doing in an easy way to understand and he was very thorough. It is great to have a dependable plumbing service.

We had 2 new bathrooms done by Southport & they are beautiful. All the work was completed on time & they left everything in very clean condition. I would recommend them for any & all work to be done. We had secured grab bars installed, very pleased with the job they did. Excellent.

Having just bought a house in the area, I was looking for a local company to service my heating and cooling system. I made several calls to other companies with either no return call. Southport customer service answers the phone with an upbeat pleasant attitude and clearly explain their services. Before arriving I received a text with the service techs name and picture so I knew who my guy was. Tanner was great on site. Overall a very good experience with all the Southport staff. From the project manager to the techs that installed our new furnace. Price was competitive, service was prompt and workmanship was excellent.
