The tech. and his trainee were great. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about everything and took pictures to show me the issues. Definitely would recommend Southport Home Services and Jackson the technician 🤗 10/25 I had Southport come out again as we needed a new heating and air conditioning unit again. The text were great knowledgeable and I can always call when there’s a problem and they’ll be right out..

The crew installing our new furnace and heat pump was prompt, polite and demonstrated a very happy attitude while working in our home. They were quick to call for needed parts when they realized they were confronted with an unexpected problem, and the supervisor who brought the parts was kind and encouraging, and took a personal interest in seeing that the job was able to move forward quickly. Quality experience from start to finish. Reps came out explained in detail what work would be performed and the timeline. It went exactly as planned with personable and friendly technicians that were knowledgeable and skilled. Very good experience and I highly recommend.

The team of Jacob and Vincent were excellent to work with. They were engaging, listened, made recommendations and even down sold a service that I didnt need. I asked about a duct cleaning service, but after checking the airflow and accumulation of dust they said I didnt need it. They saved me money and made a customer for life with their honesty.

Very courteous and friendly. We were told exactly the condition of our equipment. After explaining what was good, fair or poor we were given options on how to repair. There was no pressure to take the highest bid. We were told why one bid was better than the other. By that time we knew Jacob and Vincent were going to listen to our opinions. Many times we were asked if we had any concerns or questions about the service from your company, Southport Home Services. An excellent experience.
