I have been using Southport for over twenty years to keep my HVAC running smoothly. This time it was to replace my HVAC and water heater. From the pre-sales to sales to install everything went very smoothly. The installers took great care to ensure my house wasn't left messy, they provided training and inspected the entire system by putting it through its paces. I am highly impressed and greatly satisfied. I would recommend Southport with the highest enthusiasm I can muster! Great, highly skilled and friendly folks.

Phil came out on an after hours emergency furnace repair. He was there very quickly. My house was down to 37! I have a Nest thermostat and was alerted by the app. I was out of town at the time. He did quick work and got it running within 1/2 hour. Super nice guy and stayed for a bit to assure the furnace was working correctly. Southport was the only company that returned my call within minutes. I recommend Southport and Phil for quick repairs. 5 stars for service but I’m not sure if it was overpriced? My heat was going out. I have a 9 year old in the home as well as a dog. They were able to come out...give me a very good quote AND within a day or so install the New Furnace and AC unit without interrupting my work schedule!!!! They worked around me. They went over everything they did with me when I got home. They left the area they worked in cleaner than it was when they came in. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, ready to answer my questions even if they were silly.

Our old tankless water heater for a small in-floor radiant heat system was having problems and we had Southport out to discuss troubleshooting/repair options as well as replacement. We ended up choosing a new boiler system and we're finding it provides much more consistent temperatures than the old system. Everyone at Southport was very professional and nice to deal with, and we appreciate the great customer service.
