It was time to install an AC unit, we entertained quotes from three contractors. Southport earned our dime. During the estimate Max was the only salesman to actually try and meet our needs. He up sold a UV light while explaining several different options. Max was the only one to mention tax credits for high efficiency units which was as big selling point. The entire team at Southport was extremely helpful and efficient when our AC recently failed. They got someone out quickly, determined the issue, provided options for moving forward and then completed the project timely. Each team member we met form my first phone call to the final installation was friendly and respectful. We will definitely keep them in mind for future work!
Excellent service! I had to find a new plumber for my rental property in Fox Point. I was told there was a water leak that was increasing my tenant’s water bill. I had to have someone come in and find the leak. The tenant also stated that the sink and the tub in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t draining properly. Our water heater began leaking late Friday afternoon. Contacted several plumbing contractors, including the one that installed it 8 years ago. No replies at all! Saturday morning, realizing this would be an emergency service call, we contacted Southport Home Services. We received a call back within an hour of our online service appointment request. Don't do many reviews, but this company deserves a great review! They were fast in getting here, and fast and thorough as well as honest and very knowledgeable when they got here.
